Report Outdated or Incorrect Information

Laws, fees, portal URLs, and procedures change. If you have found information on this site that is no longer accurate, please send us the article URL and what you believe has changed. Include the official source if you have it. We take corrections seriously and update articles when a report is verified.

Request a Correction

If an article contains a factual error — a wrong fine amount, an outdated hotline number, an incorrect procedure step — please let us know. Include the article title or URL and the specific line you believe is incorrect. We will investigate and update if your report is accurate.

Suggest a Topic

If there is a visa, labour, banking, insurance, or expat life topic you need covered that we have not written about yet, we want to hear it. Please describe the situation and the country it applies to. We prioritise topics that affect a large number of workers and where official information is hard to find or understand.

If you have a question about a process covered on this site, we will do our best to point you to the right official resource. Please note that we are not immigration lawyers or financial advisors and cannot provide personal legal or financial advice.
